Rozporzadzenie w sprawie peoduktowwykorzystujacych energie
Przenośny jednokanałowy klimatyzator wysokiej jakości zgodnie z przepisami i rozporządzeniami europejskimi ,
w szczególności nowego rozporządzania w sprawie produktów wykorzystujących energię 626/ 2011 stanowi
„klimatyzator lokalny”.
Czynnik chlodniczy
(CE) N 842/2006: Klimatyzator zawiera czynnik chłodniczy R410A. Ilość czynnika chłodzącego jest mniejsza niż
1 kg i znajduje się w zamkniętym obiegu chłodzenia. Czynnik chłodniczy nie wykazuje wprawdzie potencjalnej
zdolności do ozonolizy, jednakże według protokołu z Kioto stanowi tzw. gaz cieplarniany i może przyczyniać się
do globalnego ocieplenia klimatu po przedostaniu się do atmosfery. Z tego względu wyłącznie autoryzowani
technicy serwisu, posiadający kwalifikacje w zakresie tego czynnika chłodniczego, mogą uzupełniać poziom
czynnika chłodniczego lub opróżniać klimatyzator z czynnika chłodniczego. Klimatyzator Suntec nie wymaga
uzupełniania czynnika chłodniczego pod warunkiem prawidłowego wykorzystywania urządzenia oraz
szczelnego obiegu czynnika chłodniczego.

Produktu nie wolno po zakończeniu okresu użytkowania utylizować ze zwykłymi odpadami z
gospodarstwa domowego. Należy go oddać w punkcie recyklingu urządzeń elektrycznych i
elektronicznych. Wskazuje na to symbol na produkcie, w instrukcji użytkowania lub na opakowaniu.
Materiały nadają się do ponownego wykorzystania zgodnie z ich oznaczeniem. Dzięki utylizacji,
