Training
In this field you can select, alter, set or delete a course and change a training program. There
is a number of pre-programmed training programs. You can also change or delete these
programs. If you want to train based on time or distance without a program, you can chose
for FREE CYCLING. Then it is possible to adjust power (watt), gradient (slope) or heart rate
manually.
Controls After you enter the Type menu, you can scroll with the arrow keys. You can
confirm your choice by pressing ENTER, then you enter the program menu
on the upper program. You can scroll with the arrow keys. After pressing
ENTER you leave the field.
Programma types
SLOPE (Program with Slope Resistance)
For a training program with slope resistance, by selecting one of the fourteen steps between ?4 and +20
in SLOPE, you can have the computer do the correct resistance calculations.
POWER (Program in Watt)
With a program in power (WATT), the computer adjusts the resistance on the roller so that you will
continually pedal at your original power setting. If you change pedalling frequency or resistance, the
computer will immediately adjust the resistance on the roller. You can set the power between 0 and 990
Watts, in increments of 10 Watts.
HEART RATE (Program in Pulse)
With a program in pulse, during training, the computer constantly checks to see whether the frequency
of your pulse is still near the value set. It then adjusts the resistance of the mag unit accordingly.
You can set the pulse between 30 and 230 heartbeats per minute, in increments of one.

about the type, name, distance/duration of the training session.
