GEYSER ECO 3000
(ATTENTION) Make sure there is no water in the
tank.
1 Rest the iron on its heel, rotate the wheel
counter-clockwise until it reaches its limit and
the arrow is aligned with the open padlock sign
(approx. 180º) and pull it backward.
2 To reinsert the lter, align the arrow with the
open padlock sign and turn clockwise, as shown
in the drawing, at the same time pressing the

padlock sign.
When the lter is in position, make sure it DOES

* HOW TO DEAL WITH LIME SCALE INCRUS-
TATIONS:
- For the appliance to work correctly it should be
kept free of lime scale or magnesium incrusta-
tions caused by the use of hard water.
- To prevent this kind of problem, we recommend
the use of water with low lime or magnesium
mineralisation.
- However, if it is not possible to use the kind of
water recommended above, you should periodi-
cally replace the iron’s anti-scale cartridge:
• Every 12 weeks if the water is “very hard”.
• Every 18 weeks if the water is “hard”.
- To do so, we recommend the use of a specic
product for this type of appliance, on sale in
specialised shops and authorised technical
services.
- A specic anti-scale cartridge should be used for
this type of appliance.
- Homemade solutions are not recommended for
de-scaling this appliance, such as the use of
vinegar.
