the plates. Close them and slide the straightener down the lock of
hair from the roots to the tips.
- Repeat this operation until all your hair is completely straight.
- For best results, we recommend you begin with the lower layers of
hair and continue with the top layers.
TO SHAPE (FIG. 4)
- For a wavy or curly look, separate vertical locks so the curls fall
more naturally.
- Take thicker sections for bigger curls or natural-looking waves and
ner strands for romantic ringlets and tighter curls.
- Wrap each lock of hair around the straightener using a circular mo-
tion (as through it were a round brush) to get a wave and ringlet-
shaped lock.
- Hold the tip of the hair and start wrapping the hair as you slide the
straightener downward.
CLEANING
- Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool before perfor-
ming any cleaning task.
- Make sure that the plates are cool before cleaning the appliance.
- Clean the surface of the straightener with a dry cloth.
- Clean the plates with a damp cloth and then dry them.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products.
- Never immerse the main body in water or any other liquid, or put it
in the dishwasher. The appliance should never come into contact
with water during cleaning. Avoid splashing water on the appliance
or the power cord.
- If the appliance is not kept clean, its surface may deteriorate,
which will inevitably shorten the appliance’s useful life, as well as
making it unsafe to use.
