Notes:
Just after power on the SMR, it may take some waiting period to boot up and
recognize the device by BRC, until it is available in the SMR listing.
The SMR will be ready for playback when the LED indicates static green (Ad-Hoc) or
static blue (LAN and WLAN) light.
If you power on the SMR mains and the BRC at the same time, the BRC is ready
much earlier than the SMR and cannot connect to the SMR though. The BRC will
then show a message window. Just wait until the SMR is ready and then press on
„Yes“ to connect.
To return to the BRC root menu, do a long push of the power button on top of the
BRC and select “Back to BRC”. Please refer the section “BRC Root Menu” in this
manual.
If you need to repeat the connection procedure during the initial config setup, you
can short press the “RESET” button on the SMR backside, to force the SMR to
return into “config mode”, the indication shall flash green/blue again.
Attention: long push on the SMR's RESET button until there is red flashing LED will
completely RESET all settings in the SMR back to default values and then also
returns into config mode with flashing green/blue.
