Your correspondent cannot reach you
• Ensure that your phone is switched ON and connected to a network.
• Ensure that your SIM card is not blocked.
• Ensure that your SIM card is within network coverage.
• Check that you have not set incoming call barring.
Your correspondent cannot hear you speaking
• Increase the volume on your handset.
• Ensure that you are holding the phone close enough to the mouth piece.
• Check the handset cable is securely connected to the phone.
The standby duration is too short
• The standby duration is related to the network settings. You may be in a weak signal area. If your phone cannot receive signals,
the phone will continue to send a signal to search for a network and consume power. This shortens the standby duration. Use your
phone in a stronger signal area or switch it OFF temporarily.
Your battery needs to be changed
• If the battery is damaged or will not charge properly.
• Check the power cable is connected to the unit to ensure the charger reaches the battery eciently.
• Clean the charging contacts on the phone and on the battery with a clean dry cloth.
• Replace the battery or charger if it appears to be damaged.
