• Insert the food in the feed tube on the lid (b2) and guide it with the pusher (b1) but never

with the fingers or any other utensil.

• Start the appliance.

Preparations

• Disc A (fine grating).

• Disc D (thin slicing).

• Disc C (coarse grating) (*depending on model)

• Disc H (coarse slicing) (*depending on model)

• Disc E (chip cutter) (*depending on model)

• Disc G (potatoes grater) (*depending on model)

Grating function: carrots, gruyere cheese, celery, etc. on speed 2.

Slicing function: potatoes for gratin dauphinois, carrots, cucumbers, etc. on speed 1.

Chips cutter function : potatoes in speed 1.

Prepare no more than 500 g of food at a time (no meat or sausage products), in 2 minutes

maximum.

• Unplug the appliance. The blades of the accessories are very sharp. Handle them with caution.

• For easier cleaning, rinse the accessories quickly after use.

• Wash, rinse and dry the accessories: they can go in the dishwasher, or under the tap with the

exception of the motor unit (a). Wipe it with a damp sponge.

• Do not use scouring pads or objects containing metal parts.

• First check that it is properly connected, then: that the bowl (b3) is correctly positioned, that

the lid (b2) is properly locked, that the accessories are properly seated and that the speed

selector (a1) is in the correct position.Your appliance will not operate if these instructions

are not followed.

authorised service centre:

• C/H : coarse grating / thick slicing

• E : French fries cutter

Tip

If your accessories are discoloured by the food (carrots, oranges, etc.), gently rub them

with a cloth to which you have applied some cooking oil and then clean in the usual way.
