BEFORE FIRST USE
Before rst use, make sur e that the battery is charged and your hair is dry.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Y our hair must be dry , clean and tangle free to avoid damaging it.
• Do not use the appliance on synthetic hair (wigs, extensions, etc .).
• T ake a small section of hair a few centimetres wide, comb it and plac e it between the plates. Close
the plates rmly and slide the appliance slowly down the length.
• The ceramic coa ting of the plates protects your hair against ex cessive temper atures, by distributing
the heat in a uniform manner .
• Do not clean your appliance with abrasive or corr osive products.
How should you rechar ge your straightener batt ery ?
1. Inser t the main cable plug to pow er supply , connect the transformers : the charge LED light will
ash.
2. The appliance needs 3 hours to be complet ely charged : the charge LED light will stop ashing when
the appliance is completely charged .
In case of prolonged non-use of your straightener , please ensure that it is fully charged.
T o help you decide the most suitable straightening temperatur e for your hair , here ’ s a guide :
• Fr om 160°C for fragile , ne, coloured or discolour ed hair : when the green LED stops ashing , the
appliance is ready to use .
• Fr om 200°C for health y , resistant, r obust hair : when the red LED stops ashing , the appliance is
ready to use.
How should you touch-up your str aight hair ?
1. Select the desired temperature.
2. Place the section of hair that must be touched-up between the plates, a t the roots.
3. Close the plates and glide the straightener along the hair to the ends .
How should you touch-up your curl/ styled your hair ?
1. Select the desired temperature.
2. Place the section of hair that must be touched-up between the plates, a t the roots (as if you wer e
straightening your hair).
3. T ur n the appliance through a half-turn (180°).
4. Slowly slide the appliance down.
How should you rechar ge phone ?
1. Put your thermo-resisting cap on your straigh tener .
2. Be sure your switch is OFF .
3. Charge your phone by using y our phone USB cable.
With this function, your plate can warm up , please be careful.
CLEANING / RECY CLING
W ARNING: Always remov e the plug and leav e the appliance to cool do wn on a heat-resistant,
at, stable surface before cleaning.
• Never immerse your appliance in wa ter or any other liquid.
• T o clean your appliance: unplug it, allow to cool do wn completely , then wipe down with a damp
cloth and dry using a dr y cloth.

Recycling the batteries
Before remo ving the Li-ion batteries, discharge them complet ely . Open the battery
compartment using a tool, cut all the connections and then recycle the batteries in
a safe manner .
