End of cycle and cooling
• A beep indicates the end of the cycle. Press to stop the beeping. Holding down the key will
allow you to return to the menu. It is possible to add time by pressing the + or – key and
confirming with the key .
• Do not put the hot preparation in the refrigerator. Follow the recipe for instructions on how to
preserve the preparation.
Conservation
• The milk desserts must be kept chilled and once they have been made
they must be eaten quickly.
Maintenance
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it

• Never place or submerge the appliance body in water. Clean with a wet
cloth and hot soapy water. Rinse carefully and dry.
• Clean the pots, lids, strainers and ladle with warm soapy water or in the
dishwasher

The tray and the lid of the appliance can be cleaned with warm soapy
water.
• To clean the inside of the pot, a simple wipe with a sponge will suffice –
do not use the abrasive side of the sponge as this will damage the
appliance. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Never place or
submerge the appliance body in water.
• To descale the base of your appliance, fill the base to the MAX level with
white vinegar. Leave to stand for one hour then rinse the base using tap
water.
