INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
ADJUSTING TEMPERATURE OF THE IRON
• Turn the temperature control knob (14) of the iron so that the indicator
(13) points to the temperature suited to the type of fabric you want to iron
(see table in fig. C).
FOR STEAM IRONING
HOW TO FILL THE BOILER WITH WATER
WARNING: PUSH AND KEEP THE BOILER CAP SIDES TO THE
CENTRE TO SCREW/UNSCREW IT.
•
Always unplug the iron from the outlet when doing this.
•
Rest the appliance on a firm flat surface before using it.
• Unscrew the cap (7) in anticlockwise direction and slowly pour the
water through the boiler opening. Screw up the cap again in
clockwise direction.
WARNING!
Use running water to fill the boiler only: never add detergents, perfumed
substances, chemical additives or water softeners.
HOW TO START
• Place the iron on the boiler support base (5).
•
Turn the iron temperature control knob (14) to “steam ironing” (see table
in fig. C).
• Completely unwind the cord (9) and plug into outlet.
• Press the on/off button on the iron (3) taking it to “ON” (I): the integrated
control indicator lamps up and stays on until the button is switched to off.
• The indicator lamp (15) on the iron will come on immediately and will go
out a few minutes after reaching the required temperature.
•
Press the on/off button (4) on the boiler taking it to “ON” (I): the integrated
control indicator will light up to indicate that the water in the boiler is
warming up. The appliance is ready to be used when the lamp of the
boiler button (4) goes out.
• The lamp of the boiler button (4) will light up and go off automatically
while ironing to show that the pressure in the boiler is under constant
control.
WARNING!
Never unscrew the boiler cap (7) while the appliance is working.
IRONING
• Press button (12) on the iron for the steam jet: the steam will stop coming
out when you release the button.
• To use the continuos steam function, press the steam output key (12 )
and at the same time slide the cursor (12.b) towards the handgrip. To
turn this function off, slide the cursor (12.b) in the opposite direction to
the handrigp.
• The indicator light (15) on the iron will light up and go off automatically
while ironing to show that the soleplate is being kept at a constant
temperature.
• Rest the iron on the boiler support base (5) during intervals between
ironing.
• Use the steam control knob (2) if you want to set the amount of steam
needed for ironing: to get more vapour, rotate the handle clockwise; for
less vapour rotate it counterclockwise.

REGULACIÓN DE LA TEMPERATURA DE LA PLANCHA
Girar la manopla de regulación de la temperatura (14) de la plancha hasta
a hacer corresponder al indicador (13) la temperatura apta al tipo de tejido
que se quiere planchar (consultar la tabla de la fig. C).
PARA PLANCHAR A VAPOR
COMO LLENAR DE AGUA LA CALDERA
ATENCIÓN:
PRESIONAR LOS LADOS DEL TAPÓN CALDERA HACIA EL CENTRO
Y MANTENERLO PRESIONADO PARA DESENROSCARLO
/ENROSCARLO
• Asegurarse siempre que el enchufe esté desconectado de la toma
de corriente cuando se realiza esta operación.
• Antes de cada utilizo, colocar el aparato sobre una superficie horizontal
y estable.
•
Girar el tapón (7) en sentido antihorario y volcar el agua lentamente en
el agujero de abertura de la caldera. Atornillar en sentido horario el
tapón.
ATENCION!
Llenar la caldera exclusivamente con agua corriente: no agregar nunca
detersivos, substancias perfumadas, aditivos químicos o decalcificantes.
PUESTA EN MARCHA
• Apoyar la plancha sobre la base (5) del cuerpo caldera.
• Girar la manopla de regulación de la temperatura (14) de la plancha
sobre la posición “Planchado a vapor” (ver tabla en la figura C).
• Desenredar a lo largo de toda su longitud el cable de alimentación (9) y
colocar el enchufe en la toma de corriente.
•
Apretar el botón de encendido/apagado de la plancha (3) llevándolo en
posición “encendido” (I): la luz de control integrada se enciende y queda
prendida hasta cuando el botón no sea desactivado.
•
La espía luminosa (15) de la plancha se encenderá inmediatamente y se
apagará luego de unos minutos hasta el logro de la temperatura
seleccionada.
•
Apretar el botón de encendido/apagado de la caldera (4) llevándolo en
posición “encendido” (I): la luz de control integrada se enciende
indicando que el agua en la caldera se está calentando. Cuando la luz
del botón caldera (4) se apaga el aparato está listo para el utilizo.
• Durante el funcionamiento la luz del botón caldera (4) se encenderá y se
apagará automáticamente indicando que la presión de la caldera está
constantemente bajo control.
ATENCION!
No destornillar nunca el tapón caldera (7) cuando el aparato está en
función.
PLANCHADO
• Para obtener la salida de vapor apretar la tecla (12) colocada sobre la
plancha: dejando la tecla el flujo de vapor se interrumpe.
•
Para utilizar la funciòn de vapor continuo, presionar la tecla de suministro vapor
(12 ) y contemporàneamente desplazar el cursor (12.b) hacia la empuñadura de
la plancha. Para desactivar esta funciòn, empujar el cursor (12.b) en direcciòn
