Tracker does not always connect properly.

01. The tracker is reliant on 2 factors. It needs to be in open space for the GPS to work. It also needs good mobile phone

signal. If it is an area where these signals are blocked or poor, it can cause issues.

02. Check that you have sucient credit on your account.

I am not receiving any SMS or email alerts.

01. Make sure that you have armed the tracker when you have parked your vehicle.

02. Ensure you have input the correct mobile phone number or email address.

03. Make sure you have activated cell phone and email alerts in the settings.

The fuel calculations are wrong.

01. Make sure you have input the correct fuel cost per litre.

02. Ensure you have input the correct values for MPG or KPL.

03. Check that you have selected the correct measurement system. Imperial or metric.

The Distance shown for my vehicle is wrong.

01. This cannot be 100% accurate as the odometer in your car will create a more reliable result. The app will only

calculate based on GPS information, so you will need to manually adjust this occasionally. It is only for reference.

The Augmented reality does not always work.

01. Both your phone and tracker need to be in open space for this to function correctly. You may also need the tracker

and app to locate the GPS satellites rst so, please wait a short time while it does this when using this mode.

02. Do not expose the unit, to splashing, dripping, rain or moisture. Do not immerse in liquid.

03. Do not expose to dust, high humidity, high temperatures or mechanical shock.

04. Do not use if the equipment is damaged.

05. Do not disassemble. There are no serviceable parts inside.

06. For external cleaning, use a soft, clean, damp cloth only. Use of detergents may damage the nish and leak inside.
