10. Troubleshooting

10.1 No sound

• Check that the power supply plug is fully inserted into the

mains socket and the other end is properly connected to

the power supply socket on the transmitter.

• Make sure that the power on/off switch on the head-

phones is in the ON position.

• The battery in the headphones may have insucient

remaining charge. Charge the battery.

• Check that your TV, hi- system or audio source is

switched on and a channel is correctly congured to send

an audio signal.

• Increase the volume using the control on the head-

phones.

• The connected audio/video device may not be in playback

mode. Please start the playback.

• The output volume of the audio source may be too low.

Adjust the volume accordingly.

10.2 Distortion

• Press the Tune button.

• Set a different frequency channel (1, 2 or 3). Then press

the Tune button again.

• The battery in the headphones may have insucient

remaining charge. Charge the battery.

• Increase the volume using the control on the head-

phones.

• The distance between the headphones and the trans-

mitter may be too great. Move the two devices closer

together and turn the headphones in the direction of the

transmitter.

• The input level of the audio signal may be too low.

Increase the volume of the audio source.

11. Care and Maintenance

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth

and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

Ich habe meinem Vater den Kopfhörer Thomson WHP3326 gekauft. Leider verhält es sich nun so, dass die Lautstärke der Fernsehers mit der Lautstärke des Kopfhörers identisch ist. Das heißt: stelle ich den Fernseher auf "Stumm", hört auch mein Vater über den Lautsprecher nichts (Regler des Lautsprechers auf max.). Es ist der 3. Kopfhörer, den er besitzt, bisher hatten wir noch nie ein solches Problem. Leider auch keine Antwort in der Gebrauchsanweisung gefunden.
Wer kann mir helfen? Ich bedanke mich schon einmal im Voraus für alle vernünftigen Antworten. Eingereicht am 17-1-2019 10:51
