Incoming messages
You can play-back and erase individual messages from the voice memory.

1. Press the or button to select
"ICM".
2. Press the button.
Play-back incoming message:

Select other ICM:
3. Press the or button to select an
individual incoming message.
Erase Incoming message:
3. Press the button.
4. Press the button.
Every time you press the button, the display
switches between the available functions.
The display shows time and date of the first
new incoming message.
The play-back mode is started and the devi-
ce plays back one message after the other.
The last seconds are being repeated.
The recording date and time of the individual
incoming message is displayed.
The display shows "erase ICM?".
The selected incoming message is erased.
You also have the option to erase all existing
incoming messages at once. Here, please
refer to chapter "Information/Memory".
Remark:
The recording quality is very high. When more than 2/3 of the memory capacity is exhausted, a
compression of all existing incoming messages is done automatically. Depending on how you
use the answering machine, a high recording quality or a high recording capacity is achieved.
