PRESSER FOOT PRESSURE
(Type A)
Normal fabric sewing:
For straight
fabric sewing or zigzag sewing,
pressure button
a should be pushed
to the lower position.
Thin or delicate fabric sewing:
Because lighter pressure is desir-
able for perfect sewing of fine silk or
thin fabric, pressure button should
be adjusted to the middle or center
position.
Release pressure with outer ring

and then push pressure button a
half way down.
Darning and embroidering: To be
able to move fabric freely for darn-
ing, mending, basting and embroi-
dering, release pressure button
a
by pushing outer ring b.
PRESSER FOOT PRESSURE
(Type B)
The presser foot pressure is adjusted
by turning the dial at the top of the
machine.
When sewing normal or heavy
material, turn to 3.
When sewing thin or stretch material,
turn to 2-3.
When darning, turn to 1-2.

La presión del prensatelas se efectúa
mediante el tornillo.
Para coser en telas normales o
gruesas, girar hasta 3.
Para coser en telas finas o elásticas,
girar hasta 2-3.
Para remendar y zurcir, girar hasta
1-2.
