• If you are experiencing intermittent slow internet connection, go to Wi-Fi Band
to switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz for better connectivity.
• The 4G network may be temporarily unavaliable in your current location. Go to
Network Mode and try a different network.
Q4. How do I reset the Mobile Wi-Fi to its factory default settings?
• With the Mobile Wi-Fi powered on, remove the cover. Use a pin to press and
hold the RESET button (hole) until Power Off appears on the screen and then
release the button.
• On your computer or tablet, log i nto the Mobile Wi-Fi’s web management page.
Go to Advanced > Device > Factory Defaults and click Restore.
