Attention : This device is capable of high volumes . In order to avoid hearing damage, which can
occur immediately,later , or gradually over time, you should not listen at high volumes for a long
period. Please be awar e that permanent damage to your hearing can also appear at a later point
of time. Sometimes you can become acclimatiz ed to higher volumes over time. This may appear
normal for you; your hearing, however , may already have been adversely affected. Higher volumes
can lead your hearing to be damaged faster .

This MP3/movie player is optimized for the provided earphones (32 Ohm impedance). Using other
earphones/headphones with a lower impedance can damage the MP3/movie play er or earphone/
headphone, especially MP3/movie players with two earphone jacks.
2) About cebrax 3.0
The cebrax 3.0 is an MP3 player with built-in USB 2.0 interface and matrix LCD display wit h
backlight. I t is used for the pla yback of music and can also be used as a USB stick.

8) Logging off and disconnecting from the computer

popup menu that appears, left-click "SaFel y R emove m aSS S toRage D evice - D Rive" to select it.
Y ou can now disconnect your MP3 player fr om the computer .

Y ou must remov e the drive from the "
DeSktop " before you disconnect your MP3 play er .
Click the relevant drive icon and drag it to the trash icon.
9) Operation

Y our MP3 player has a function to prevent accidental operation that is av ailable as long
as the backlight has not been deactivated in the settings. When the backlight has turned
off after the time selected in the settings, it is necessary to reactivate the backlight by
pressing any key before you c an perform another action with a key press. For ex ample,
if the backlight is off and you want to pause the playback, you have to press the A
button twice, once to activate the backlight, and a second time to pause the playback.
T urning the device on and off
If you want to turn your MP3 player on or off , hold down the A button for appr ox. 3 seconds.

Make sure that the s slide switch is in the left position, i.e. that the key lock
function is deactivated. If a button is pressed although the k ey lock is active, a message
will appear in the display.
Adjusting the volume
Briefly press the joystick up , or down ; to increase or decr ease the volume.
When you keep the joystick pressed up or down, the volume changes continuously .

The volume can only be changed while you ar e in the modes "Play Mu sic" or "V oice" . It is
not possible to change the volume in the other modes.
Operation in the main and submenus
Y our MP3 player has diff erent modes that you can select in the main menu. To open the
main menu, briefly press the e butt on. Briefly push the joystick to the left d or right J
to select the desired mode, and confirm your selection by pressing the e button. By br ief ly
pressing the A button, you can swit ch back to a higher menu level or leave the menu.
Mode: Play Music
Switch to the "
pla y m uSic" mode.
Playback
Briefly press the A button to play an audio file.
Pause
Briefly press the A button to stop the playback. Pr ess the A button again to
continue the playback.
Changing the track
Press the joystick briefly to the right J to select the next track. When you pr ess the
joystick to the left d within 5 seconds after a playback starts, you can switch to the
prior title. If you briefly press the joystick to the left d after a song has been playing
for at least 5 seconds, you can r eturn to the beginning of the current song.
F ast-forwarding/rewinding within a track
If you press the joystick to the right J or left d and keep it pressed for at least
1 second you fast-forward or rewind within a track.

Mode: Folder
Switch to the "
FolDeR " mode. Here you can mark a file or a folder b y briefly pressing the
joystick to the right J or left d . T o enter a folder , press the e button. If a file is marked
and you press the e button, then a menu appears in which y ou can choose if you want
to select the file for playback ("pla y") or " D el ete" the file. Another press of the e button
confirms the selection. T o permanently delete a file, you must first select the file, then
select "yeS " when prompted , and confirm with the e button. To exit the f older navigation
and go back to the last active mode , please go to " Roo t" and confirm with the e button.
Mode: V oice
Switch to the "
vo ic e" mode. In this mode, you can make voice r ecordings via the integrated
microphone and also listen to them. In order to make a voice recor ding, briefly press the
3 button. Briefly press the e button t o stop and save a recor ding. The func tions during
the playback of voice recordings ar e similar to those described for the "pl a y m uSic" mode .

All voice recor dings are stored in the folder "voice " of your MP3 player . The voice
recordings c annot be played back via the "Pla y M usi c" mode, but only via the " Voice" mode.
Mode: Settings
Please switch to the "
Set tingS " mode.
Here you can choose an equalizer under "
eq ua l iz eR" and the repeat settings under " Repe a t moD e".
Y ou can furthermore adjust the "contRaSt " , the back lighting behavior ("backlight "), the
automatic shutdown times ("po we R Set"), the recor ding qualtity ("Rec oRD Set") and the display
language ("lang ua ge"). Y ou can also return the device to its factory presets ("ReSet "). In the
"
Set tingS " menu you can mark the menu entry for which you want to change a value by
moving the joysticks to the left d or right J and then press the e button to select the
menu entry. The same procedure applies to the chang ing of a value. You can go back to a higher
menu level or leave the current setting without changing anything b y pressing the A button.
Mode: Info
In this mode the amount of free memory and the fir mwar e version number are displayed .
