Switching the device on

Once you have completely installed the device as described in

the Start-up chapter, you can switch it on.

1. Press the ON/OFF button(16).

ð The unit starts to dehumidify.

Setting the operating mode

Setting the desired relative room humidity

You can change the desired relative room humidity at any time.

1. Use the plus(9) or minus(11) buttons to select the desired

relative humidity value. Setting is possible in the range

between 35% and 80%.

ð The desired relative room humidity is indicated on the

segment display(10) for approx.5s. Then the current

relative room humidity will again be displayed.

Setting the fan speed

You can choose between low and high fan speed (laundry drying

function) at any time.

1. Press the FAN SPEED button(18) to select either low or

high fan speed (function for drying laundry).

ð The selected fan speed is indicated by the fan speed

indication(19).

Dehumidification

The device keeps running until reaching the desired relative

room humidity. Then the compressor switches off and the fan

keeps running. Once the desired relative room humidity is

exceeded, the compressor switches back on.

The desired relative room humidity can be set at any time within

a setting range of 35% to 80%.

You can choose between low and high fan speed (laundry drying

function).

Continuous operation

The device dehumidifies the air constantly and regardless of the

current humidity level.

1. Press the minus button(11) until CO is indicated on the

segment display(10).

ð The CONTINUOUS LED(13) is illuminated in green.

ð The dehumidifier now works in continuous operation

mode.

Setting the timer

The timer has the following functionality:

• automatic switch-off upon expiry of a preset number of

hours (2h or 4h).

Note

Do not leave the operating device unattended in a

freely accessible room with an activated timer.

Automatic switch-off

ü The device is switched on.

1. Press the TIMER button(20) until the LED for the desired

number of hours (2h or 4h) is illuminated.

2. Wait for approx. 5seconds in order to save the setting.

ð The timer setting equals the desired number of hours.

ð The device switches off after the set period of time.

Note regarding automatic switch-off:

• Pressing the ON/OFF button(16) deactivates the automatic

switch-off function.

Auto stop function

If the water tank is full, not inserted correctly or the desired

relative room humidity has been reached, the device will stop

automatically.
