4 Press the weighing unit button repeatedly until
your required weighing unit shows on the display.
Theweighing unit button is located on the underside of
the appliance.
5 Enter personal data of the user (see „BIA FEATURE”).
6 To start your measurement, wait until the display
shows . Step on the weighing platform with feet on
the metal plates.
7a When the weight is locked, and the user has
not been recognized, the reading will be displayed
for ca. 5seconds, and the appliance will switch o
automatically (weight measurement function).
The user will not be identified if feet are
isolatedfrom the sensors on the
weighing platform (e.g.by shoes).
7b The measurement will start once the reading
has stabilised, the persona data of the user has been
entered and the user has been identified.
In addition to weight the appliance also displays your
body fat, muscle and water content, as well as the BMI
and BMR indicators.
The readings will be displayed for
3seconds,one by one, and repeated
twice. Then the appliance will switch o
automatically.
In order to obtain accurate and reliable
results,wipe your feet with a damp cloth
and step on the scale with slightly wet
feet.
Compare your results with the results shown in the
tables below (see the Reference tables).
REPLACING BATTERIES
The battery compartment is located on the underside
of the appliance.
1 To replace batteries, open the battery
compartment lid and remove the old batteries.
2 Insert 2 new 1,5 V AAA batteries.
Make sure to insert the batteries the
rightwayround.

3 Replace the battery compartment cover.
BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
Based on the data entered (gender, age, height) and
the measurements taken, the appliance, in addition to
weight, also displays your body fat, muscle and water
content, as well as the BMI and BMR indicators.
The device is capable of storing data
for12dierent users.
To enter personal data, proceed as follows:
SELECTING MEMORY STORAGE NUMBER
1 Press to enter the settings mode. The flashing
icon indicates that the data of the first user can now
be entered into the device memory.
