20 Warranty
On the assumption that the mobile phone is used properly, International Brand Distribution GmbH, Fahrgasse 5, 65549 Limburg
provides a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This declaration of warranty covers all legal claims. Within the warranty
period, all faults will be repaired free of charge or else the unit will be replaced with a new one at no cost if the defect is attributable
to a fault in manufacturing or materials.
Excluded from the warranty is any damage due to improper use or due the actions of a third party or force majeure. This also applies
to the accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear (batteries etc.). Further claims, such as equalisation payments are
similarly excluded, even if the damage to the device comes under the warranty.
The mobile phone has undergone rigorous quality control testing. Should you nevertheless still have a problem with the product,

Should a case under warranty arise, send the device to our service team, enclosing a description of the fault and the purchase receipt.
Devices sent in without a purchase receipt can only be repaired against payment. The same also applies in the event that the device is
not packed properly.
