2 Appliance description
The appliance is used to extract cooking fumes and smells from the cooking
area and is normally installed in an overhead unit. This particular model can
only be used to recirculate air.
2.1 Recirculation model
The cooking fumes and smells above the cooking area are extracted by the
built-in fan. The air is cleaned by the metal grease filter and then filtered
through the long-life activated charcoal filter.
2.2 Features
• Flat pull-out deflector plate
• 1 extractor fan
• 2 metal grease filters with integrated long-life activated charcoal filter
• Cooking surface illumination
The extractor fan has 3 power levels:
I = low, II = medium and III = intensive.
Levels 1 and 2 are suitable for longer periods of use. Level 3 (the intensive
setting) is for shorter, intensive extraction of cooking fumes and smells, e.g.
when frying, and should be switched back to level 1 or 2 afterwards.
