9 ASSEMBLY
9.1 Assembling the handle (Fig. 5)
The handle is suitable for either left or righthanded use.
▪ Install the handle in such way that the holes match the screwholes on the machine.
▪ Tighten the handle with the bolts and hexagon key.
9.2 Assembling accessories (Fig. 6)
▪ Press the spindle lock (a)
▪ Screw and tighten the pad holder on the spindle
▪ Depress the spindle lock
▪ Mount the wanted accessories onto the pad holder.
9.3 Accessories (Fig. 7)
9.3.1 Sanding paper
This is used for sanding and polishing new paints and plastics.
9.3.2 Fibre pad
This is used in combination with other pads.
9.3.3 Wool polishing pad
This is used for a high gloss finish. To be used in combination with the fiber pad

Always follow the safety instructions and keep to the applicable
regulations.
▪ Hold the machine away from the work piece when turning it on and off.
10.1 Speed control (Fig. 8)
10.1.1 Increase the speed
Push speed increase button (5) after the machine is power on. The LCD display shows
numbers of 05, 08 ,15, 20, 25, 30 when pushing the button, which means the speed steps of
500 rpm, 800 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm relatively.
10.1.2 Decrease the speed
Push speed decrease button (4) after the machine is power on and when the machine's speed
is higher than 500 rpm. The LCD display shows numbers of 05, 08 ,15, 20, 25, 30 when
pushing the button, which means the speed steps of 500 rpm, 800 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2500 rpm,
3000 rpm relatively.
When applying the wax and polishing do not start at a high speed.
10.2 Switching on and off (Fig. 9)
▪ Start the machine by moving the on/off switch to the right “I”.
