Tyre pressure:
Check tyre pressures, i ncluding the spare, every 14 days and prior to any long journey; tyres should be
checked when cold. This also appl ies to vehicles with tyre pressu re monitor ing system.
The tyre pressure data refers to cold tyres. It applies to summer and wi nter tyr es.
The ECO tyre press ure serves to ac hieve the smalles t amount of fu el consumption possible.

Charge cord:
A portable charge cord used to

Important informa tion for
portable electric veh icle charging:
Charging an electr ic vehicle can
stress an electrical system more
than a typical househo ld
appliance.
Before plugging into an
electrical ou tlet, have a qu alified
electrician inspect a nd verify the
electrical sys tem for heavy-d uty
service at a 10 Ampere
continuous load.
Electrical outlets may wear out
with normal usage or becom e
damaged over time, making
them unsuitable for electri c
vehicle charging.
Check the electrical outl et/plug
while char ging. Discon tinue us e
if hot and ha ve outlet serviced
by a qualified e lectrician.
Danger:
Improper use of portable electr ic
vehicle charge cords may cause a
fire, electrical shock or burns, and
may result in da mage to proper ty,
serious injury or death.
Do not use an electr ical socket that
is worn or damaged, not properly
grounded, on e that is on a cir cuit
with other electrical load s, or one
that will not ho ld the plug fi rmly in
place.
Do not use exte nsion leads, multi-
outlet power strips, splitters,
grounding adapto rs, surge
protectors or si milar device s.
Charge lev el selec tion:
Charge level se lection is ma de
using the Select Char ge Level
Preference sc reen on the Colour-
Info-Display.
Press button8 on the i nstrument

The charge level pr eference shou ld
be configur ed to match the
electrical curre nt rating for the
AC outlet that the charge cord is
connected to.
The charge level preference
settings are:
Maximum - 10 Amps
Limits AC current to 10 Ampere
Reduced - 6 Amps
Limits AC current to 6 Ampere
By choosing a reduced charge
level, the charging time is
increase d.
Warning:
If the capacity of the electri cal
circuit or AC socket is unknown,
only use the lo west charge le vel
until the circ uit capacity has be en
inspected by a qualified electrician.
Engine oil:
Check eng ine oil level ma nually on
a regular basis to preven t damage
to engine. Ensure that the correct
specifica tion of oil is u sed.
Check with vehicle on a le vel
surface . Engine must be at
operating temperatu re and
switche d off for at least 5 minut es.
Pull out dipstick, wipe cle an, insert
to stop on the handle , pull ou t and
read engine oil leve l.
Warning:

When the en gine oil leve l has
dropped to the MIN mar k on t he
dipstick, top up engine oi l.
We recommend the use of the
same grad e of eng ine oil that was
used at the last change.
The engine oi l level must not
exceed the MAX mark on the
dipstick.
Important:
It is the owner’s responsibility to
maintain the correct le vel of an
appropriate quality o il in the
engine.
Do not allo w the engine oil level to
drop below the minimum leve l!
