Tyre pressure:
Check tyre pressure s, including th e spare, every 14 d ays and prior to a ny long journ ey; tyres should be
checked when cold. This also applies to vehicles with tyre pressure monitoring syst em.
The tyre pressure data refers to cold tyres. I t applies to summer and win ter tyres.
Always inflate the spare tyr e to the value spe cified for f ull load.
The ECO tyre pres sure serves to achieve the sm allest amount of fuel cons umption possib le.
Incorrect tyre pressu res will impair saf ety, vehicle handling, comfort and fuel economy a nd increase tyre wear.
Warning:
If the pressure is too lo w, this can result in cons iderable tyre war m-up and internal da mage, leadin g to tread
separation and even to tyre b low-out at high speed s.
