8. Do not pull or carry by the cor d. Do not use the
cor d as a handle, close a door on the cord or pull
the cor d around sharp edges or c orners. Do not
run the vacuum cleaner over the cord. K eep the
cor d away fr om heated surfaces.
9. Do not handle the plug or vacuum cleaner with
wet hands. Do not use outdoors or on w et
surfaces.
10. Do not put any objects into openings. Do not

W ARNING: Always switch off and unplug
the vacuum cleaner from the electrical o utlet
bef ore assembling, opening or emptying the dirt
con tainer, or bef ore c onnecting/disc onnecting the
attachmen ts.
CAUTION: The vacuum cleaner is a very
powerful unit. Bef ore plugging the cor d int o
the electrical outlet, make sure the switch is in the
‘off’ position. Hold the vacuum cleaner f irmly when
starting and in use.
IMPOR T ANT: If the inlet, hose or telesc opic
tube is blocked, switch off the vacuum
cleaner and remove the blockage(s) bef ore
re-s tarting the vacuum cleaner.

Insert the plug i nt o the electrical outl et. Press
the on/off switch on the top of the v acuum
cleaner, to switc h the vacuum cleaner on and
press the button again to turn the v acuum
cleaner off .
2 Dirt Container
Lock ed on to the top of the unit.
3 Cy clone separator
Loca ted inside of the Dirt container .
4 Pre-mo tor filter c o ver
Push the handle c atch up to gain access to
the filter.
5 Dirt container /Carry handle
Use the carry handl e located on the top of the
dirt bin to move the vacuum cleaner from
room to room.
6 Dirt container release butt on
Press the release button and the dirt
con tainer can be lifted and removed off the
unit.
7 Auto cor d rewind
T o r ewind the power c or d, press the cor d
rewi nd button located at the rear of the
vacuum cleaner.
8 Floor T ool parking stor age
For con venience there is a parking slot located
at the rear of the vacuum cleaner where the
Floor T ool can be parked for carrying and
stor age.

Slide the latch across to gain access to the
filter .
