each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,

worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free,

irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare

Derivative Works of, publicly display, publicly perform,

sublicense, and distribute the Work and such Deriva-

tive Works in Source or Object form.
