IMPORTANT NOTES
The product is a step counter (that displays steps, dis-
tance, calorie consumption, workout time) with a built-in
clock.
The product is designed for private use and is not in-
tended for commercial or medical use.
Only use the product as described in the instructions.
Any other use is deemed improper.
Risk of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away
from children and animals.
The product is not a toy. Children must be under supervi-
sion to ensure that they do not play with the product.
Batteries may be life threatening if swallowed. Keep the
batteries and product out of reach of children and ani-
mals. If a battery has been swallowed, you must seek
immediate medical attention.
If the battery has leaked, do not let battery acid come into
contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In the
event of contact with the battery acid, rinse the affected
areas immediately with plenty of clean water and consult
a physician as soon as possible.
Before inserting the batteries, check whether the con-
tacts in the battery compartment and on the batteries are
clean, and clean them if necessary.
Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data
(see section “Technical data”).
When replacing the batteries, make sure that the polar-
ity (+ / –) is correct.
Remove the batteries from the product if they are empty
or if you are not using the product for an extended period.
This way, you can avoid damage caused by leaking.
Immediately remove any leaking batteries from the bat-
tery compartment. Clean the contacts before inserting a
new battery.
The batteries must not be charged or reactivated with
other means, must not be disassembled, disposed of in
re, immersed in a liquid or short-circuited.
Check the product for damage prior to each use. The
product must not be used if it exhibits visible damages.
If the product is defective, do not attempt to repair it your-
self. Repairs may only be performed by qualifi ed profes-
sionals. In the event of damage, contact customer ser-
vice or a professional.
Protect the product against heat, open ames, direct
sunlight, extreme temperatures, prolonged exposure to
moisture and percussions.

Before fi rst use
Take the product out of the packaging and check it for trans-
port damages. Do not (!) use the product if it exhibits dam-
ages, instead contact customer service.
Changing the batteries
The batteries are already inserted upon delivery.
1. Take the step counter out of wristband.
2. Unscrew the battery compartment on the back of the
step counter.
3. Take out the empty batteries.
4. Insert two button cells (type AG13 / LR44). In the process,
ensure that each positive pole is pointing up.
5. Place the battery compartment cover on the battery com-
partment and screw it in place.
6. Insert the step counter in the wristband.
Readings
The display will light up for approx. 4 seconds when
you push the M button.
The product features a continuous clock reading.
The product also features 4 switchable readings:
Steps (STEP symbol)
Distance (KM or MILE symbol)
Calorie consumption (KCAL symbol)
Workout time (EXT and MIN symbol)
Push the M button to switch between readings. They will
be displayed in the following order: Steps Distance
Calorie consumption – Workout time
Settings
The step counter must display the Steps (STEP)
reading in order to open the settings menu.
Order of the settings menu: Time Unit of meas-
ure – Bodyweight – Step length – Target steps
If you only want to make one setting, you still
have to go through the entire settings menu!
Push the M button until the desired settings
reading appears. Use the S button to make
the setting. Push the M button until the reading
stops blinking or the settings menu closes.
Push and hold the S button to quickly cycle
through the settings.
