USE AND FUNCTION (FIG. 1)
INST ALLING AND RELEASE THE BA TTERY P ACK
Set Forw ard/R eversing lever t o the cent er (off position). Slide
charged b attery pack into the housing until the b attery pack locks
into position. T o remove the battery p ack, press the b attery pack
rele ase button and slide the batt ery pack forwar d.
CHARGING THE BA TTERY
Do not use other battery char gers. The supplied batt ery charg er is
designed for the Lithium-ion batt ery in your machine. This charg er
is suitable for indoor use only .
NOTE: The b attery is supplied partiall y charged. T o ensure full
capacity of the batt ery , complet ely charge the b attery with the
battery char ger befor e using your power tool for the fir st time. The
Lithium-ion battery can be char ged at any time without r educing
its service life . Interrupting the charging pr ocedur e does not
damage the batt ery .
The charging pr ocedur e begins as soon as the mains plug of the
battery char ger is plugged int o a socket outlet and the charg e
connector is plugg ed into the socket on the side of the batt ery .
The battery char ge indicator on the plug shows the char ging
proc ess. During the pr ocess the indic ator shows a r ed/gr een light.
When the battery char ge indicator shows a gr een light, the batt ery
is fully charg ed.
During the proc edure , the handle of the tool warms up , this is
normal.
The battery r equir es 3 - 5 hours to fully char ge.
Disconnect the batt ery charger fr om the mains supply when not
in use.
NOTE: The power t ool cannot be used during the charg e proc edure .
ST ART SWIT CH AND SELF-L OCKING SWITCH
1. When press st art switch, push self-l ocking switch up, which will
make the switch in L OCK- ON. This guar antees the saf ety for the
user and of the tool.
2. After the pres sure enough, pr essing the start s witch, then the
self-locking swit ch will sprang b ack down.
LED WORKING LIGHT
CAUTION: Do not look dir ectly into the light or the sour c e of light.
ACCE SSORIES
The supplied acc essories perform a variety of functions. The
taper ed adaptor can be used on smaller pinch v alves t o inflate
small items like chil dren’ s toys, which usuall y requir e the user to
inflate them by blowing air int o them. The sport ball needle can
be used to inflate an y type of sports ball or any other it em that
requir es an inflation sport ba ll needle.
NOTE: When infl ating items of 0.7 bar ( 10 psi) or less, inflate in
short bursts and check after e ach burst by feel or with a ca librat ed
measuring devic e to determine ac cur ate pr essure .
USING THE AIR C OMPRESSOR
1. Install the battery p ack.
2. Position air chuck clamp in the unlock position perpendic ular to
the air hose.
3. Place the air chuck on the v alve st em.
4. Push the air chuck down so that the thre aded section of the
valv e stem is inside the air chuck.
5. Clamp the end of the air chuck down onto the v alve st em by
pres sing air chuck clamp down until it stops or is par allel with
the air hose.
MAINTENANCE AND ST ORAGE
CAUTION!
Do not use any products that ma y damage the
unit (abra sives, corr osives, alc ohol, steam cleaner s,
abra sive ra gs, scraper s, etc.). Do not put the unit in
a dishwasher for cl eaning!
The unit must be complet ely switched off , disconnected and c ooled
befor e cleaning.
MAINTENANCE
• When necessary , you can clean the unit body with a soft,
dry cloth.
• Check that the machine has not been damaged. If the machine
is damaged, we r ecommend you t o call a qualified t echnician to
inspect the machine and make neces sary rep airs.
• When necessary , charge the battery .
ST ORAGE
Stor e the tool and its acc essories in a dry , fr ost- free pl ace.
The tool should alw ays be kept out of the r each of childr en.
We r ecommend to st ore the t ool in its original packa ging or
covering it with a suitabl e fabric to pr otect it fr om dust.
