Cleaning and maintenance
Always keep the espresso machine clean to ensure
a proper quality of the brewed coffee and to prolong the
life of the appliance.
Do not immerse the machine in water or any
other liquids.
Do not wash any of the machine parts in
a dishwasher.
EMPTYING THE DRIP TRAY

When the drip tray is full of water, the tray full indicator
will rise above the drip tray grill.

Unlock and open the service door

Remove the drip tray.

Remove the grid from the drip tray and pour out the
water.
Wash and dry the grid and the drip tray.

Slide the elements back in place.
EMPTYING THE WASTE BOX
After brewing a certain amount of coffee cups, the
waste box will be lled with coffee dregs and will require
emptying.
The
symbol will appear on the display to remind
you that the waste box needs emptying. In order to empty
the waste box, follow the directions below.
During emptying the waste box, do not
unplug the machine, because the machine
has a sensor which monitors the cleaning
process.

Unlock and open the service door.

Remove the drip tray with the waste box.

Remove the waste box from the drip tray and empty it.
After emptying, put the box back in place.

Put the drip tray with the waste box back in the
machine.

Close the service door. The display will show the
symbol and the espresso machine is ready for
further use.
