Turn the knob to the steam feeding position. The work
light starts ashing indicating the appliance is heating up and
getting ready to work.

Place the container under the steam nozzle.

When the work light stops ashing turn the control knob
counter-clockwise to its maximum setting (steam feeding
symbol).

Let the solution ow until ca. 50 ml is left, and then turn
the control knob to its starting position to turn the steam
feeding function off.

Next place the container under the lter holder, and turn
the knob to the coffee brewing position.

After pouring half of the solution out of the container, wait
15 minutes. Continue the process until there is no solution in
the container.
In order to discontinue the process, turn the
knob to the preheating position or the off
position.

Repeat descaling this time by lling the container with
clean water.
After descaling, continue with 2-3 cleaning
processes with clean water, as described in the
paragraph Before Use.
