Service Alerts
This option allows you to set the service alerts.
1. Slide the phone up and press the OK Key [MENU]
→Settings & Tools→Sounds Settings→Service
Alerts.
2. You can turn the alerts for the following options On or
Off by pressing the OK Key [SET].
y ERI: The phone will sound an alert when you go
into service coverage areas if this option is set On.
y Minute Beep: The phone will alert you with a beep
before the end of every minute during a call if this
option is set On.
y Call Connect: The phone will alert you when the
call is connected if this option is set On.
y Software Update: The phone will alert you when
a software update is completed if this option is set
On.
Note: When the master volume is set to Alarm Only or
All Sounds Off, the ERI, Minute Beep, Call Connect
and Software Update alerts will not sound.
When the master volume is set to Vibrate Only, the
Software Update alerts will vibrate; the ERI, Call
Connect and Minute Beep alerts will not vibrate.
Power On/Off
This option allows you to set the sound on or off when
the phone is powered on or off.
