C A U T I O N

The chain and the drive system should not be under load when

changing to a higher or lower gear. This is especially true when

the drive motor is running.

To change, take the load off the pedals and pedal in idle. The

entire drive system can otherwise be severely damaged! It is

therefore advisable to change gears in good time when riding

uphill!

The prerequisite for a proper gear change of the derailleur is that the drive chain is moving forward

and is at least slightly under tension (not under load!). A suitable gear for the respective riding situa-

tion can be selected with the rear sprockets. If, for example, you want to ride up a slope using less

pedal power, change down. This is done as follows: Change to a larger sprocket with the rear derail-

leur. If you want, for example, to increase your speed on level ground and use more power, change

up.

Experiment with changing up and down to get a feel for different sprocket combinations. Practice

changing gears in traffic situations where there are no obstacles or hazards until you are comfortable

with it.

The less strain you put on your drive motor and the more power you put into the pedals

yourself, the longer your battery and the entire system will last!

Children can pull the plastic bag over their heads and suffocate.

- Make sure that children do not play with plastic bags.

- Keep plastic bags out of the reach of children.

Proceed as follows to unpack your bike:

- Open the cardboard box.

- Take the bike out of the cardboard box.

- Take the pedals packed separately in a plastic bag out of the cardboard box.

- Take the charger for the battery out of the cardboard box.

- Take the two keys for installing and removing the battery out of the cardboard box.

- Check the scope of supply.

- Do not allow children to play with the plastic bags. Risk of suffocation!

- Dispose of the packaging material according to the local guidelines and regulations.
