9. Final steps and a test call
1. Ensure that the SD1+ is programmed with the DIP switches for the desired mode
and correct country.
2. Use a small screwdriver to bypass the "Factory Default" jumper-link on the circuit
board. Apply "+12V” and "0V” voltage.
3. Remove the screwdriver and put the cover of the housing back in place. Make sure
not to trap or squeeze any cables when doing so.
4. The SD1+ beeps every 30 seconds and the display shows: PLEASE RECORD
5. To select the programming mode, enter the default passcode: 1234
6. The display shows READY. READY
The unit is now ready to be programmed. Please refer to the "Programming and
operating instructions” manual.
7. Once you have finished all work on the SD1+ speech dialler, you can close the
housing screw openings with the cover caps (remove from the bottom part of the
housing). Please refer to the figure.
