If the microwave oven is not working, check the following:
• Is it connected to the mains? Where necessary remove the plug, wait 10 seconds and insert it properly back into the power socket.
• Check the safety mechanisms. If they are okay, check that the socket is working by connecting another device to it.
• Check whether a time period has been selected with the time switch.
• Check whether the oven door has been properly closed.
