8. USING YOUR TELEPHONE WITH MULTIPLE HANDSETS
8.1 REGISTERING / RE-REGISTERING A HANDSET (VERSATIS XL 350 DUO/TRIO)
You can have up to 5 handsets associated with the base of your Versatis XL 350. If you already have 5 handsets
registered and want to change one of them, you must first uninstall a handset before installing the new one.
On the base:
Put the base into registration mode by holding down the key.
Note: The registration operation must be carried out within the next 90 seconds.
On the handset:
Press to open the menu.
Select “REGISTRATION” and press to confirm.
Enter the PIN code (0000 by default) and press to confirm.
Wait a few seconds.

Your handset is now registered.
8.2 UNINSTALLING A HANDSET
A handset can only be uninstalled from another handset.
Press to open the menu.
Select “BS SETTINGS” and press to confirm.
Select “DELETE HS” and press to confirm.
Enter the PIN code (0000 by default) and press to confirm.
Using the navigator, select the handset to uninstall and press to confirm.
8.3 USING THE INTERCOM FEATURE
Calling an internal handset in intercom mode
Press .
Duo version
: the handset automatically calls the other handset.
Trio version (and beyond)
: enter the number of the handset you want to call.

Pressing calls all of the associated handsets.
Calling an internal handset during an outside call
Press twice.
Duo version
: the handset automatically calls the other handset.
Trio version (and beyond)
: enter the number of the handset you want to call. The external correspondent is placed on
hold.
Answering an internal call
When you receive an internal call, the screen displays “CALL” and the number of the calling handset.
Press the key to answer.
To hang up at the end of the call, press .
