Automatic Connection
Once your mobile phone is paired with the radio, the two devices will automatically connect when
they are turned on and in proximity of each other.
NOTE:
Depending on the model of your mobile phone, you may have to authorize the connection to the
radio to allow the automatic connection. Refer to your mobile phone user guide for more
information.
Defining A Mobile Phone As Preferred Phone
A mobile phone defined as Preferred will take priority when connected with the radio. This option
is useful if several mobile phones are paired with the radio and simultaneously in the vehicle. To
define a mobile phone as preferred :
1. Push the HOME
button, rotate the CONTROL knob until Settings is selected and push the
ENTER button.
2. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Bluetooth is selected, push the ENTER button.
3. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Paired devices is selected, push the ENTER button.
4. Select the mobile phone you want to define as Preferred, push the ENTER button and select the
Preferred phone option.
Disconnecting A Phone
1. Push the HOME
button, rotate the CONTROL knob until Settings is selected and push the
ENTER button.
2. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Bluetooth is selected, push the ENTER button.
3. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Paired devices is selected, push the ENTER button.
4. Select the mobile phone you want to disconnect from the radio, push the ENTER button and
select Disconnect.
Deleting A Phone From The Paired Devices List
1. Push the HOME
button, rotate the CONTROL knob until Settings is selected and push the
ENTER button.
2. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Bluetooth is selected, push the ENTER button.
3. Rotate the CONTROL knob until Paired devices is selected, push the ENTER button.
4. Select the mobile phone you want to delete, push the ENTER button and select Delete.
Managing "Memor y Full" Condition
You can pair up to 10 Bluetooth® enabled devices with the radio. If you attempt to pair an 11th
device, you will get a « Memory full » message. You must then delete a device from the paired
devices list. To do so refer to “Deleting A Phone From The Paired Devices List.”
