You must update your operating system to a minimum
of version 9.2. Once done, you will not need any special
drivers or extensions. You simply plug the AV400 into
your Macintosh as enumerated above, and within a
few seconds, the AV400 will be recognized as a mass
storage device (Hard Disk) and mount on the desktop.
You can now use the Hard disk called JUKEBOX like any
other external hard disk.
We highly recommend that you update to Macintosh OS 10.2.4
or later.
version 10.1 may mount the AV400 as a hard disk on your desktop, but
ONLY after a very long wait, up to 10 minutes. Version 10.0 of OS X does
not have the ability to properly recognize a mass storage device such as
the AV400.
If you have OS 10.2, you must update to version 10.2.4 or newer. This is a
