4.7.5 Hob lighting

If the extractor hood is equipped with hob lighting, the

function may be used independent of the fan. Switching on

and off is possible at any time. With activation of the cooking

zone, the hob lighting is also switched on automatically.

☞Press the slider at the position below the

symbol to switch the hob lighting on or off.

4.7.6 Run-on function

The extractor hood comes with a run-on function. If this

function is used, the extractor hood will operate for a further

10 minutes after it has been switched off.

In recirculated air mode, it is necessary to use the run-

on function so that the extractor hood can remove the

remaining odours. Using the run-on function increases the

life of the filter filling. The filter filling must be replaced at

regular intervals.

The run-on function can be switched on manually or

automatically. The extractor hood is delivered with the

automatic run-on function active, and settings are made

in configuration mode.

Observe the extractor hood instructions.

The extractor hood is switched on, and an

arbitrary power level is selected.

☞Press the slider at the position below the

symbol.

yThe run-on time (10 minutes) starts in the

power level 1.

yThe button for the active power level

glows.

yIt is possible to switch between the power

levels.

If menu level 2 is selected again, the run-on

function key flashes.

If the minus button is touched again,

the run-on function stops.

4.7.7 Ceiling connection with effect lighting

If the extractor hood is equipped with a ceiling connection

with effect lighting, the lighting may be controlled as follows.

☞Press the slider at the position below the

symbol to switch the effect lighting of the

ceiling connection on or off.

4.7.8 Extraction mode / recirculated air mode

changeover

If the extractor hood is configured for hybrid mode, it is

possible to switch between extraction mode and recirculated

air mode at any time after activating the changeover

function.

The changeover function is activated in the extractor hood

configuration mode.

Observe the extractor hood instructions.

If the changeover function is activated:

☞Press the slider at the position below the

symbol.

Button glows dimly:

yThe extractor hood operates in exhaust air

mode.

yThe wall box is opened.

yThe cleaned air is discharged outdoors.

Button glows brightly:

yThe extractor hood operates in recirculated

air mode.

yThe wall box is closed.

yThe cleaned air is discharged into the

room.
