If you wish to reset the time
• Enter the current time (hh/mm).
• Press 1 for AM or 2 for PM.
• Press the OK ( ) button to confirm.
• Press the RED PHONE button to
return to standby.
Using the Classic handset
When the phone rings, your caller’s
number is displayed.
If the caller has withheld their number,
the display shows _ _ _ __ _ _ _
EXT.
If you call from another handset, the
display shows the handset number
and INT.
The display shows the icon to indicate
you have a new call in your Calls List.
Your callers details are stored in a calls
list which holds the last 30 calls. When
the list is full, new calls replace the
oldest ones. You can display, scroll
through and dial the numbers in the
calls list at the touch of a button.
To view the calls list
• Press the SET button.
• Press the 2 button. The display quickly
lists the number of new and old calls.
Then it shows the number of the most
recent caller, alternating with the date
and time the call was received.
• Press the SET or MEMORY
buttons to scroll through the calls list.
• Once you have viewed all your new
calls in your calls list the icon will
not be displayed.
The date and time must be reset after a
power cut or if the base station has been
disconnected.
NB:
Calls that are ‘Witheld’, Unavailable or
from Overseas are not stored in the calls
list, as there is no telephone number sent
via the network.
