a) FOR YOUR SAFETY
- Do not store or use petrol and other flammable liquids
or vapours in the vicinity of this barbecue. If you smell
gas:
1) Close the valve of the cylinder
2) Extinguish all naked flames
3) Open the lid
4) If the smell continues ,see “g Checking for gas
leaks” or immediately seek advice from your local
retailer.
- Parts which are protected by the manufacturer or the
manufacturer's representative must not be
manipulated by the user.
- Close the gas container after use.
b) LOCATION
- This barbecue must only be used outdoors.
- CAUTION: accessible parts may get very hot. Keep
young children away.
- There should be no combustible materials within a
radius of approximately 60 cm around the barbecue
- Do not move the barbecue when alight.
- The appliance should be operated on a level surface.

c) INSTALLATION
Check and remove all components from the box (Fig. 1-b
and 2).
Installing the fixed shelf
Place your unit on a flat surface, with the lid facing
down. Insert the fixed shelf according to Figure 3. Align
the screw holes on the shelf with those on the
barbecue. Tighten the 4 "A" screws (Fig. 4).
Wheel assembly
Mount the wheels on the axis of the collapsible support
(9), as shown in Figure 5. Use the key provided to
tighten the screws.
Installation of the extensions and feet
Place the collapsible support on a flat surface. Stand on
the side of the support so that the red lever is located
on your right, and the wheels are located opposite you
and the Campingaz® logo on the plate on top.
Extension assembly
Insert the 2 extensions (4) in the collapsible support as
shown in Figure 6. Lock each extension by pressing
the lock buttons "v".
Feet assembly
Insert the feet in the collapsible support as shown in
Figure 7. Lock each foot by pressing the lock buttons
"v".
Important: Make sure that the skids "p" of the feet are
facing downwards (Fig. 8).
Installing the collapsible support on the barbecue
Place the barbecue upside down on the ground.
Position yourself behind the barbecue (lid hinges
facing you)
Position the collapsible support as shown in Figure 9.
Make sure that all the wheels are located on your left,
and that the red lever (12) is in front of you.
Insert the 2 "a" axes in the hooks (Fig. 9, step 1) of the
vessel.
Unfold the support and place the left end between the
hooks of the vessel (fig. 10). Insert the "C" axis and
lock the nut by using the 2 keys provided (1 to hold the
axis, the other to tighten the nut).
Fully fold the support into the product. Insert the tubes
onto the elastic hooks "k" (Fig. 25). Lower the red
safety lever into the slot of the support in order to lock
the folding table (Fig. 11).
Unfolding the barbecue
Place the barbecue in an upright position, on its
wheels and blocks (Storage position - Fig. 24).
Release the red safety lever (12) by pulling it toward
you.
Place the barbecue back on the ground in a horizontal
position.
Raise the handle of the fixed shelf to an upright
position, firmly holding the feet of the barbecue with
your foot (Fig. 13 - step 1).
• IMPORTANT: Read these instructions for use carefully so as to familiarize yourself with the appliance
before connecting it to its gas container. Keep these instructions for future reference.
• Use outdoors only
• Do not use charcoal or lava rock.
• Do not use an adjustable low pressure regulator. Use fixed regulators that comply with the European
standard concerning them.
• Do not cover the bottom of the base with aluminium foil.
• Never put a metal plate, that has neither been designed nor recommended by Campingaz®, on (or in the
place of) the cooking grids.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid seriously damaging your barbecue.
