observe the follo wing principles strictly .
Assembly the machine exactly as described in the installa on inst-
rucons and use only the enclosed, specic parts of the machine. Bef o-
re assembling , verify the completeness of the delivery against the de-
livery noce and the completeness of the carton against the assembly
steps in the ins tallaon and oper ang instrucons.
Bef ore the rst use and at regular interv als (approximat ely every
50 Oper ang hours) check the ghtness of all screw s, nuts and other
connecons and the access shas and joints with some lubricant so
that the saf e opera ng condion of the equipment is ensured.
Set up the machine in a dry , level place and protect it from mo-
isture and water . Uneven parts of the oor mus t be compensa ted by
suitable measures and by the provided adjustable parts of the machi-
ne if such are installed. Ensur e that no cont act occurs with moisture
or wat er .
Place a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, w ooden board etc.) bene-
ath the machine if the ar ea of the machine must be specially pr otected
agains t indentaons, dirt et c.
Bef ore beginning tr aining, remove all objects within a r adius of 2
metres fr om the machine.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean the machine and
employ only the supplied tools or suitable t ools of your own to assem-
ble the machine and f or any necessary r epairs. R emove dr ops of swea t
from the machine immediat ely aer nishing tr aining.
S ystems of the heart frequency supervision can be in-
ex act. Excessiv e training c an lead to serious health damage or to the
death. Consult a doctor befor e beginning a planned training program-
me. He can dene the maximum ex eron (pulse, W as, dura on of
training etc.) to which you may expose yourself and can give you pre-
cise informaon on the correct posture during tr aining , the t argets of
your tr aining and your diet. Never tr ain aer eang large meals.
Only train on the machine when it is in correct working order . Use
original spare parts only f or any necessary repair s. Replace
the worm parts immediately and k eep this equipment out of use unl
repaired.
When seng the adjustable parts, observe the correct posion
and the marked, maximum se ng posions and ensure tha t the ne wly
adjusted posion is corr ectly secured.
Unless otherwise described in the instrucons, the machine must
only be used for tr aining by one person at a me. The exer cise me
should not overtak e 90 min./daily .
W ear training clothes and shoes which are suitable for tness trai-
ning with the machine. Y our clothes must be such that they cannot
cat ch during training due to their shape (e.g. leng th). Y our tr aining sho-
es should be appropriate f or the trainer , must support your fee t rmly
and must hav e non-slip soles.
If you noce a feeling of dizziness, sickness, chest pain
or other abnormal sympt oms, stop tr aining and consult a doctor .
Nev er f orget tha t sports machines are not to ys. The y must there-
for e only be used according to their purpose and by suitably informed
and instructed per sons.
P eople such as invalids and handic apped persons should only use
the machine in the presence of another per son who can give aid and
advice. Children are f orbidden to use the equipment.
Ensur e tha t the person conducng training and other people never
move or hold an y parts of their body into the vicinity of moving parts.
A t the end of its life span this pr oduct is not allowed to dispose
over the normal household waste, but it must be giv en to an assembly
point for the recycling of electric and electronic components. Y ou may
nd the symbol on the product, on the instrucons or on the packing.
The materials are reusable in accordance with their marking. With the
re-use, the material uliz aon or the protecon of our environment.

T o prot ect the en vironment, do not dispose of the packaging ma-
terials, used baeries or parts of the machine as household wast e. Put
these in the appropriat e collecon bins or bring them to a suitable c ol-
lecon point.
F or speed dependent oper aon mode, the braking r esistance lev el
can be adjustable manually and the variaons of power will depend
on the pedaling speed. For speed independent operaon mode, the
user can set the wanted power consumpon level in W a, constant
power level will be kept by v arious braking r esistance levels, that will
be determined automacally by sys tem. That is independent on the
pedaling speed.
The machine is equipped with 32-step resistance adjustment.
This makes it possible to reduce or increase the braking r esistan-
ce and ther eby the tr aining ex eron. Press the bu on “-” f or the
resist ance seng t owards stag e 1 reduces the braking resistance and
thereby the training ex eron. Press the bu on “+” f or the resis tance
seng towar ds stag e 32 increases the braking resis tance and thereby the
training e xeron.
This machine has been test ed and cered in compliance with
EN ISO 20957-1/2013 and EN ISO 20957-9/2016 “H, A ” . The maximum
permissible load (=body weight) is specied as 150 kg. The classica-
on of HA means this exer cise bike is designed foe home use only and
with good accuracy class, the variaons of po wer consuming are wit-
hin ±5W up to 50W and ±10% ov er 50W . This item’ s computer corre-
sponds to the basic demands of the EMC Direcv e of 2014/30 EU.
The ellipcal tr ain er is not equipped with a free wheel and theref o-
re the moving parts cannot be s topped immediately .
The individual human power which is required to carry out an exer-
cise can be di erent than the mechanical pow er displayed.
Y ou could use the pedal to mount and dismount the equipment,
please do it in a saf e way .
