Step 2 (Fig. C)
1. Scre w the right pedal (9) clockwise onto the
crank.
Note: obser ve the marking (R) and direction of
rotation for the right pedal.
2. Screw the lef t pedal (8) anti-clockwise onto
the crank.
Note: obser ve the marking (L) and direction of
rotation for the left pedal.
3. Fasten the straps (1 0) onto the pedals (8)/(9).
Note: the s traps on the pedals must be able to
keep y our feet fir mly secured. If the straps feel
uncomfort ably tight, loosen them.
Step 3 (Fig. D)
1. Inser t the seat post (4) into the back opening
of the base frame (1).
2. Fasten t he seat post with the setting screw
(4a).
Step 4 (Fig. E)
1. Hold the steering column (5) agains t the
front opening of the base frame (1).
2. Push t he steering column cover (1 2) jus t ov er
the steering column (5).
3. Se t the resistance controller (5c) to the high-
est level of r esist ance (lev el 8).
4. Inser t t he end of the draw cable (5a) into
the end of the draw cable (1a).
Note: make sure that the draw cables ar e firmly
connected.
5. Se t the resistance controller (5c) to the low-
est level of r esist ance (lev el 1).
Note: this tightens t he draw cable (5a).
6. Remove the plastic cov er (5f).
7. Connect the sensor cable (5b) to the sensor
cable (1b).
Note: make sure that both sensor cables are
firmly connected, other wise t here will be no sig-
nal transmission.
8. Place t he steering column (5) onto t he base
frame (1).
Note: make sure that the sensor cable and
draw cable are within the frame.
9. Screw the steering column (5) onto t he base
frame (1) with the screw s (5d) and t he wash-
ers (5e).
1 0. Push t he steering column cover (1 2) over the
scre ws (5d) to cov er them.
Step 5 (Fig. F)
1. T o assemble the handlebars (6), first guide
the sensor cable (6a) up through the bottom
opening of the steering column (5).
Note: pull the cable out from the steer ing col-
umn somewhat.
2. Open t he holding clamp (5g) and place the
handlebars (6) into the holding clamp.
3. Close t he holding clamp (5g) and place the
steering column cover (1 5) over it.
4. Fasten t he handlebars (6) and the steering
column cov er (1 5) with a lock washer (1 8),
a washer (2 1) and the T -handle scre w (22).
Step 6 (Fig. G)
1. Hold the computer (7) against the s teering
column and connect the sensor cables (6a)
from the steering column with the sensor ca-
bles (7b) from the computer .
Note: the sensor cables are labelled PULSE
and SENSOR for better recognition. Connect the
PULSE sensor cables. Make sur e t hat the sensor
cables are firmly connected.
2. Connect t he sensor cable (7a) with the sen-
sor cable (5h).
Note: the sensor cables are labelled PULSE

the SENSOR sensor cables. Make sure that the
sensor cables are firmly connected.
3. Inser t t he sensor cables into the steer ing
column (5).
4. Remove the scre ws (7c) on the back of t he
computer (7), place the computer on the
steering column (5) and reattach the screws
(7c).
Note: make sure that y ou do not clamp the
sensor cables.
Step 7 (Fig. H)
1. Place the lef t computer cover (1 3) and right
computer cover (1 4) on the sides of t he
steering column (5) and fast en them both
with the pre-mounted screw s (5i).
Step 8 (Fig. I)
1. Fasten the seat (1 1) to the seat adjustment
track and align the seat horizontally .
2. Remove the pre-mounted scr ews (5i) from
the steering column (5).
3. Fasten t he water bottle holder (1 6) to t he
steering column (5) with t he previously r e-
mov ed scre ws (5i).
Note: use of the water bottle holder is optional.
Disassembly
Proceed in the re verse order to disassemble the
product.

Inserting and replacing t he batter -
ies (Fig. J)
W ARNIN G! Obser ve the following
instructions to a void mechanical and
electrical damage to t he product.
The product comes with two batteries (26)
that can be remov ed from the packaging and
inser ted into the computer (7) before using it for
the first time.
When the batteries (26) are flat, you can
replace them.
1. Open the batter y compar tment cover (7d).
2. Inser t t he batteries (26) in the batter y com-
par tment.
Note: pay attention to t he plus/minus poles of
the batteries and to their cor rect insertion. The
batteries must be completely inside t he batter y
holder .
3. Close t he batter y compar tment cover (7d).
4. Follow the inser tion instructions when
replacing the batteries. First remo ve the flat
batteries from the batter y compar tment.
Setting the seat, f oot and handlebar
position (Fig. L)
• Set the seat position so that your leg is
outstretched when your heel is touching the
pedal and your knee is behind the pedal
axle. Use the adjusting screw (4a) to set the
height, and the adjusting screw (4b) below
the seat to bring it to the cor rect distance.
• P osition your feet in the centre of the ped-
als. When training with the product, the
mov ement comes from the balls of y our feet
so that you have better le verage and your
mov ements are easier .
• Mak e sure that at least half t he length of
your foot is on the pedal during training.
• Tighten the safet y straps on the pedals to
ensure that your feet hav e a good gr ip.
• Use the T-handle screw (22) to adjust the
handlebars so that your arms are fully out-
stretched when holding the handlebars.
• Use the resistance controller (5c) to set the
pedal resistance suitable for you and y our
work out.
Using the smar tphone or tablet
holder
1. Place your smartphone or tablet on the
smar tphone or tablet holder .
2. Fasten your smar tphone or tablet with the
clip (7e) (Fig. K).
Operating t he computer
T urning on t he com puter
1. Inser t the batteries into the comput er as de-
scribed in the section ‘Inser ting and replac-
ing the batteries’ .
2. Press any button or use the pedals. The com-
puter turns on automatically .
Setting up the com puter
The calendar function is displayed when using
the computer for the firs t time.
1. Set the desired date with the buttons (7m,
7o).
Note: you low er t he input with the button (7m)
and increase the input with the button (7o).
2. Conf irm your respectiv e input with ‘ENTER’
(7p) to switch between days, months and
years.
Note: press the ‘ENTER’ button to confirm t he
input. Y ou are automatically directed to the nor-
mal display view .
Changing the language
Y ou have the option of changing t he computer
language. English is the pre-set default lan-
guage. Proceed as follo ws to change t he com-
puter language to German:
1. Press the ‘RESET’ and ‘ENTER’ buttons simul-
taneously .
Note: the dis play is reset and the calendar
function is displayed.
2. Se t up the computer as described in the sec-
tion ‘Setting up the computer ’ .
Note: the nor mal display view appears and the
computer language is now German.
3. Repeat the st eps to change the computer
language back to English.
Display view (Fig. K)
The following information and functions are
shown on the display:
• Current speed fr om 0.0 to 99.9km/h is dis-
played (7g).
• A training dur ation wit h pause mode of be-
tween 00:00 and 99:59 is displayed (7h).
• The distance pedalled from 0.0 to 99.9km is
displayed (7i).
• Energy burn* of 0 to 9,999 kilojoules is
displayed (7j).
