Converting the Croozer to a

Stroller

If the hitch arm or Buggy wheel has been installed, remove

these components.

Attaching the wheel arms

The Stroller Kit consists of two wheel arms, one Stroller

wheel and a safety wrist strap. The wheel arms are at-

tached to the frame in the same way as the hitch arm. One

wheel arm is mounted to the hitch-arm attachment bracket

on the left side of the frame, and the other, to the wheel-

arm attachment bracket on the right side of the frame (rela-

tive to the direction of travel).

Tip: The first time you install the Stroller Kit, we recom-

mend tipping the Croozer onto its back end (resting

on the handlebar) in order to have a better view of

the parts while familiarising yourself with the proce-

dure. Make sure that your working surface is clean

and flat to avoid soiling and/or damaging the fabric

body. Later, once you are familiar with the instal-

lation and removal procedures, you can install the

components of the Stroller Kit with the front of the

Croozer slightly raised.

1. Lift the front of the Croozer, or tip the frame onto its

back end.

2. Pull the security pins out of the hitch-arm attachment

bracket and wheel-arm attachment bracket.

Tip: Position each arm so that it curves inward, ensuring

that the hole (4) in the left arm is facing upwards.

3. Hold the left wheel arm (2) at an approx. 45° angle to

the hitch-arm attachment bracket.

4. Guide the retaining bolts (3) of the left wheel arm gen-

tly into the slots of the hitch-arm attachment bracket.

5. Then fold the wheel arm upwards into the hitch-arm

attachment bracket until the bolts of the wheel arm are

fully engaged in the slots of the attachment bracket.

6. Press the wheel arm  rmly against the hitch-arm at-

tachment bracket.

Do not let the strap of the security pin get caught be-

tween the wheel arm and attachment bracket as this

could damage the strap.

7. Insert the security pin (1) as far as it will go through

the upper hole of the hitch-arm attachment bracket

(marked with the letter “L”). The head of the security

pin is magnetic and will adhere to the hitch-arm attach-

ment bracket.

8. Repeat these steps to attach the right wheel arm. (The

correct hole for the security pin is marked with the let-

ter “R”.)

Always check that the security pins have been inserted

as far as they will go and that the heads are held firmly

against the attachment brackets by magnetic force. Oth-

erwise, the wheel arms could fall off while in use, result-

ing in accidents with serious injury or death.
