Warning: riding an ezyroller can be a hazardous activity. Certain conditions may cause the equipment to fail without fault of the
product or its manufacturer. Like other wheeled products, an ezyroller can and is intended to move and it is therefore possible to
lose control, fall off and/or get into dangerous situations that no amount of care, instructions or expertise can eliminate. If such
things occur, your child can be seriously harmed or die, even when using safety equipment and other precautions.
Warning: your insurance company may not provide coverage for accidents involving ride-on toys like the ezyroller. To determine if
you are insured, please contact your insurance company or your insurance broker
Warning: direct adult supervision is required at all times: this manual contains important safety information. Please read the
following safety rules. It is your responsibility to review this information and make sure your child obeys all warnings, cautions,
instructions and safety topics and assure that young riders are able to use this product safely. Kids need to be taught and have it
frequently reinforced to them the importance of safe riding.
Warning: never use on open roads and/or near car traffic. Ezyroller is meant to be used only in controlled environments free of
potential traffic hazards and not on public streets. Because it is low to the ground, car drivers may not be able to see you.
Warning: never use near swimming pools, steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways or alleys
Warning: avoid downhill rides that can create excessive speed; the brake is not designed for that use and will make a flat on the flat
if used at high speed (which means that you will have to change the wheels quickly; this is not covered by the warranty)
Warning: keep your fingers and other body parts away from the wheels and other moving parts when operating.
Warning: do not ride at night or when visibility is impaired
Warning: do not ride near electricity sources, heat or other dangerous hazards
Warning: wet, slick or uneven/rough surfaces may impair traction and contribute to possible accidents
Warning: always ensure a child is wearing proper protective helmet and clothing including but not limited to an approved safety
helmet, protective shoes, protective knee and wrist pads.
Warning: keep fingers clear of the connector system mechanism when assembling/disassembling the ezyroller. Do not allow
children to assemble/ disassemble this product. Always check that all the parts are tight/well attached before riding.
Warning: do not ride more than one person at a time. Always stay seated on the seat when using your ezyroller. Never push or pull
an ezyroller: it is designed to move with its snake like propulsion method on a flat surface
Warning: always attach hair and apparel so that they don’t touch the ground and wheels
