USE ON THE STROLLER
31. Fitting the carr ycot: If you us e the carr ycot
on the frame, connect the adapt er and push
the carrycot downwar ds until you hear a click
(see Fig. 31a/31b). The carrycot is corr ectly
mounted on the fr ame as shown in Fig. 31c.
32. Push catch C as shown by the arrow in Fig.
32a, lift button D on the bottom of the car-
rycot as indicated by the arrow and r aise
it, then y ou can easily r elease the carr ycot
from the str oller (see Fig. 32b/32c).
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
For security purpos es. This product r equires
regular checks and maintenance. Keep all parts
clean. If the par ts harden, apply a layer of sili-
cone-based spray lubricant. Metal par ts, seat
and fabric parts - Wipe with a cloth dampened
in warm w ater with a mild det ergent and dry . Do
not clean with abrasiv e detergents bas ed on
ammonia, bleach or alcohol. The leg co ver and
accessories can be r emoved for cleaning. The
hood can be remo ved by simply pulling it out
of the fasteners. Do not use s olvents, chemical
deter gents or lubricants on the parts of the s eat
and never tr y t o decolour or dy e the fabric. Never
stor e the carr ycot if it is still damp. W ait until it
has dried completely . If it is damp, leav e it totally
open in a warm place and dry it with a soft cloth.
Storing the damp carrycot can cause mould f or-
mation. Use in the vicinity of the sea can cause
the formation of salt deposits. Keep the carrycot
regularly clean with a soft cloth moistened with
warm w ater and a mild det ergent. Use the carry-
cot in compliance with the instructions to av oid
any damage. Perform gener al maintenance on
the carrycot befor e using it for a second child.

33. This product is suitable for mounting with three-
point belts that will be divided into belts f or the
sides and shoulders, as shown in Fig. 33a.
34. Position the child car seat on the seat in a po-
sition that is in the opposite dir ection pf tr avel,
or with the back facing forwar d. The transport
handle must be lock ed in a vertical position, as
shown in Fig. 34a.
35. Inser t the upper part of the seat belt along the
front part (foot side) between the body and the
two hooks for the belt, as shown in Fig. 35a
36. Position the upper par t of the s eat belt around
the car s eat and slide it into the hook on the
back, as shown in Fig. 36a.
37. The fastening hook holds the seat belt in
place, as shown in Fig. 37a.
38. Inser t the seat belt part in the buckle. Make
sure the s eat belt is not twisted. Tighten it as
much as possible. Check once again that the
belt passes thr ough all three blue hooks, as
shown in Fig. 38a.
USE OF THE CAR SEA T
39. Loosen the shoulder str aps by pr essing the
quick r elease button and pull the shoulder
straps t owards you as shown in Fig. 39a, then
lower the lap str ap as shown in Fig. 40a.
40. Join the hooking rings and inser t them into
the buckle as shown in Fig. 41a.
41. Tighten the shoulder str aps using the quick
adjustment belt on the front side. The ey elet
can be xed under the edge of the lining.
42. Adjust the height of the shoulder straps. The
shoulder str aps must pass through the slots
located abov e the child's shoulders, as shown
in Fig 42a. Pull the shoulder str aps through
the slots in the shell and lining. P ass the shoul-
der str aps back to the desir ed height and use
the same slots in the shell and lining. V erif y
that the straps can be used corr ectly and that
they ar e not twisted.
43. Simultaneously press the butt ons on both
sides of the carr ying handle and then adjust
the handle to the desir ed position. The but-
tons will r eturn to their initial position once
the handle is in position 1. transport/ guide
position 2. sleep/ rocking position. 3. sitting
position, as shown in Fig. 43a.
REMOVING THE LINING
First of all remove the belt pads, open the edge of
the sun canopy as much as possible. Then pull the
locking rings and the adjustment strap thr ough the
openings. T o place the lining on again, f ollow the
instructions above in r everse or der .
MAINTENANCE
The seat can be cleaned with warm w ater and
soap. Do not use abr asive deter gents. The lin-
ing must be hand-washed (maximum 30° C). Do
not use a tumble dryer . The belt buckle can be
cleaned with hot wat er . Do not lubricate. T o en-
sure optimal and s afe use of car seats, it is advis-
able not to use them f or mor e than 5 years fr om
