Place the transmitter as high as possible in a radius of max. 100 m and
change the position, if necessary. Do not expose the transmitter to
direct sunlight or rain.
Wall mounting
For fixed installation of the device, skill use of tools is required. If neces-
sary, refer to an electrical engineer if you should not have any tools or
are not experienced in working with tools!
With fixed installation of the weather station in the house, ensure that
not electrical cables, gas or water pipes are laid beneath the plaster at
the installation site. When drilling the holes, there is a risk of electric
shock or damage to the pipes.
Wall mounting of the weather station
The screws must be inserted horizontally, at a distance of 150 mm.
Turn the screws provided, so that the screw heads still protrude by
approx. 6 mm.
The weather station can only be fastened on the wall with the ears on
the back.
Wall mounting of the transmitter
The transmitter is fastened to the wall with the aid of a holder. Turn
the screws provided, so that the screw heads still protrude by approx.
5 mm. The transmitter can only be fastened on the wall with the ears
on the back.
Setting the transmitter
• PressSET (9) with the battery cover open, in order to start the trans-
mitter.
• Thehousecode willflashfor10seconds.During this time,you can
select a house code (01-15) by pressing the C/F button (10).
Initial operation
• PressSET (9), in order to confirm your entry.
All transmitters must be set to the same house code.
• After this,the channel displaywillflashonthe leftedgeofthe dis-
play for approx. 10 seconds. During this time, you can select a chan-
nel (1-4) by pressing the C/F button (10).
• PressSET (9), in order to confirm your entry.
Each transmitter must be set to a different channel.
• Change to a different house code, if your weather station should
receive signals from neighbouring transmitters, which also transmit
in the 868 MHz range. The factory settings are for the house code =
01 and for the channel = 01.
Close the battery cover carefully, so that moisture cannot enter.
