Setting the SCV function
1 With the car standing still and the motor running, set the
desired volume with the »
O« control knob.
2 Press the »EXPERT« button until the signal sounds. Select
the SCV setting with the »
O« knob.
– Indication in the display: e.g. »SCV 0 34«.
3 Briefly press the »EXPERT« button.
– Indication in the display: »ESCV 0 34«.
4 Start the vehicle and, after reaching a higher speed, use
the »
O« knob to set the desired volume, e.g. »ESCV 6 60«.
5 Press the »EXPERT« button until the signal sounds.
– The setting is stored.
Attention:
For reasons of traffic safety, this setting should be carried out by
the passenger only.
On/off switching delay for connected booster.
Note:
The switching voltage for the booster is present at contact C 6
(see page 44).
If switching noises can be heard, the setting can be changed until
the noises disappear.
– Indication in the display: »BDLY« and a scale from »06« to
»99«.
