Setting and storing radio stations
Automatic station search
After the HiFi system has been connected to the mains for the first time, the devi-
ce searches in tuner mode on the FM wavelength for the 40 stations with the best
reception and stores them. In this process, preference is given to RDS stations.
1 After connecting the HiFi, switch it on by pressing »TUNER/BAND«.
– Display: »FM«, the frequency for rapid run-through, and »PRESET«
flashes.
– The search has started. After the search has finished, the station stored in
position 01 can be heard.
Note:
The automatic station search can be interrupted with »PROGR«.
Automatic station search
1 Switch on the HiFi system by pressing »TUNER/BAND«.
– Display: »TUNER«, then frequency band and frequncy or station name.
2 Select the frequency band (FM or MW) by pressing »TUNER/BAND«.
– Display: »FM« or »MW«.
3 Activate the station search by holding down the »TUNING UP/DOWN«
button on the HiFi until the frequency display changes to rapid run-through.
– The search stops when a programme is found.
4 Switch to manual tuning by briefly pressing »TUNING UP/DOWN« on
the HiFi.
