TIMER MODE

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Your device has 2 timer modes:

– The switch-on timer, which switches the de-

vice on at the set time and wakes you with

the input source you selected.

– The sleep timer, which switches the device

oﬀ at a preset time.

Setting the timer

1 Switch on the device from standby mode by

pressing »8« on the remote control or on the

device.

2 Open the »Main menu« by pressing »MENU«.

3 Press » « or » « or turn the Jog-Shuttle to se-

lect the »Set-up« option and conﬁrm by press-

ing »OK«.

– »Settings« menu appears on display.

4 In the »Settings« menu, select »Alarm« by

pressing » « or » « or by turning the Jog-

Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

– »Alarm« menu appears on display.

5 In the »Alarm« menu, select »Time« by pressing

» « or » « or by turning the Jog-Shuttle and

conﬁrm with »OK«.

– »Set alarm« menu appears on display.

6 Press » « or » « or turn the Jog-Shuttle to set

the alarm hour and press »OK« to conﬁrm.

– Display: the arrows move right to the digits

of minutes.

7 Press » « or » « or turn the Jog-Shuttle to set

the alarm minute and press »OK« to conﬁrm.

– Display: the previous menu which is »Alarm«

menu comes back automatically.

8 In the »Alarm« menu, select »Audio source« by

pressing » « or » « or by turning the Jog-

Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

– »Audio source« appears on display.

9 Select the Audio source (Ringtone, Internet

radio presets, Internet radio, FM presets, FM

tune or USB) by pressing » « or » « or by

turning the Jog-Shuttle to and conﬁrm with

»OK«.

Note:

According to the audio source you select, a

submenu opens. For example, if you select

»Internet radio« option, then you should set

an internet radio station by referring to the

“Internet Radio Mode”section.

– Display: the previous menu which is

»Alarm« menu comes back automatically

10 In the »Alarm« menu, select »Volume« by

pressing » « or » « or by turning the Jog-

Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

11 Select »Constant volume« or »Progressive

volume« by pressing » « or » « or by turn-

ing the Jog-Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

Note:

If you select »Constant volume«, press »+«

or »-« or turn the Jog-Shuttle to set the vol-

ume level and confirm with »OK«.

After this entry, switch back to the »Alarm«

menu by pressing » « on the remote control

or »BACK« on the device.
