TIMER MODE

12 In the »Alarm« menu, select »Enable alarm« by

pressing » « or » « or by turning the Jog-

Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

– » Enable alarm« and » « appears in

the display.

13 Press »MENU« to end the setting.

Notes:

If no button is pressed for 10 seconds during

the setting, the system will quit the process

automatically, and you have to start again.

If you select “USB” as the timer source, make

sure that an USB memory stick has been

inserted. Otherwise there will be no timer

signal.

Activating and deactivating the timer

1 Open the »Main menu« by pressing »MENU«.

2 Press » « or » « or turn the Jog-Shuttle to se-

lect the »Set-up« option and conﬁrm by press-

ing »OK«.

3 In the »Settings« menu, select »Alarm« on dis-

play by pressing » « or » « or by turning the

Jog-Shuttle and conﬁrm with »OK«.

– »Alarm« menu appears on display.

4 In the »Alarm« menu, select »Enable alarm« by

pressing » « or » « or by turning the Jog-

Shuttle and press »OK« to deactive or press

again »OK« to activate.

– Display: »  Enable alarm« and » « ap-

pears in the display if the timer is activated.

– Display: » Enable alarm«, » « disap-

pears if the timer is deactivated.

Interrupting the timer

1 During the timer is sounding, press »zZ« on the

remote control.

– The timer signal stops, » « appears in the

display.

– The timer goes oﬀ again at 5-minute intervals

(overall timer duration is 90 minutes).

Cancelling the timer for the day

1 Press »8« when the timer is sounding.

– The timer remains activated for the next day.

Sleep Timer

Setting the sleep timer

1 Switch on the device from standby mode by

pressing »8« on the remote control or on the

device and select the sound source you desire.

2 Open the menu »Sleep« with » « on the

remote control.

3 Press » « or » « or turn the Jog-Shuttle to se-

lect the switch-oﬀ time from »5«, »10«, »15«,

»30«, »45«, »60«, »90«, »120«, »150« and

conﬁrm with »OK«.

– Display: »Zz« appears.

– The device switches oﬀ after the selected

time has elapsed.

Canceling the sleep timer

1 To switch oﬀ the sleep timer before the set

switch-oﬀ time, refer to previous section and

set switch-oﬀ time to »0« at step 3.
