Programming recording – by entering the data
for the television or radio programme
Notes:
You can store television or radio programmes in the archive of
the digital recorder.
A total of ten timer recordings are available.
The time on the digitial receiver must be correct.
The maximum recording time is 24 hours.
If all the timer positions are occupied and you want to program
a new recording you must delete one, as described in the sec-
tion on deleting a timer on page 30.
1 Open the »Record Timer« menu with »« (green).
2 Select »Timer No. (1...10)« with »P-« or »P+« and press
»OK« to confirm.
3 Press »P-« or »P+« to select the timer position and press »OK«
to confirm.
4 Select »Start Time«, »Date« or »Duration« with »P-« or »P+«
and confirm with »OK«.
5 Press »1...0« to enter the time and day in two digits.
6 Confirm your entries with »OK«.
7 Select »Channel« with »P-« or »P+« and press »OK« to
confirm.
8 Select the television or radio programme from the channel list
with »P-« or »P+« and confirm with »OK«.
9 Select »Status« with »P-« or »P+« and press »OK« to confirm.
10 Press »P-« or »P+« to select »On« (timer active) and confirm
with »OK«.
– Display: »Timer is running!«, the programme data has been
adopted.
11 Confirm the setting with »OK«.
12 Exit the »Record timer« menu with »i«.
– The digital recorder switches off at the preset time. The
selected programme is stored in the archive.
Caution:
The digital recorder may not be switched off with the main
power button.
If the digital recorder is in standby mode before the timer starts,
it switches back to standby when the timer has finished.
